Dear guests, welcome! To make sure everyone feels at home in the villa and in the neighbourhood, please follow these house rules. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, by arrangement.
- Late arrival after 8:00 pm: only by prior arrangement. The key will be left in a key safe and check-in is completed the next morning from 7:00 am.
- Early check-in: possible on request once cleaning, gardening and pool service are finished. You are welcome to drop off your luggage at the house earlier.
- Check-out: by 11:00 am. Please agree the exact time of the key handover with us. We take care of the final cleaning.
- Please let us know your arrival time in Palma and your flight number in good time. The drive from the airport takes about 12 minutes.
Guest registration and tourist tax
- Spanish law (RD 933/2021) requires all guests, including children, to be registered before arrival. It takes 2–3 minutes per person online: palmera-mallorca.com/register
- The Balearic tourist tax is paid at check-in, in cash or by card. It applies per night to guests aged 16 and over: €2.20 in high season, reduced in low season.
Minimum age
Only guests aged 25 or over may book. The main guest who books must be at least 25 and stay at the villa for the entire stay.
Occupancy and visitors
- The villa may be occupied by a maximum of 8 people. Children and babies count as full occupants. This limit is set by our rental licence.
- Short visits are allowed within reason. Overnight guests who are not booked are not allowed.
- Subletting or passing the villa on to third parties is not permitted.
Quiet and neighbours
- The villa is in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not allowed.
- Loud music and disturbing noise are not allowed. Please respect the usual quiet hours, especially at night and at midday.
Use of the villa
- The villa is let for private holiday use.
- Retreats, courses or coaching only with prior written consent and only within the booked number of guests. External participants or day guests are not permitted.
- Commercial photo, film or social media productions and use as a film location only with written consent.
- Use must comply with our holiday rental licence (ETV/5562). Fines or official measures resulting from use in breach of contract are borne by the guest.
House, pool and garden
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- Pets are welcome.
- The pool is not heated.
- Barbecue: equipment is provided. Charcoal and firelighters are available in nearby shops.
- For security, there are video cameras outside at the entrance.
Damage and liability
Guests are liable for any damage to the house, contents or grounds caused by them or their fellow travellers. Please report any damage straight away so we can help quickly.
Breaches
If these house rules are breached, we reserve the right to end the stay without notice.
