Villa Palmera is made for families and friends who want to holiday together and still have space to themselves. The 250 m² of living space include four double bedrooms (all beds 160 × 200 cm) with air conditioning and fans, three bathrooms with natural light, a large living and dining area and a modern kitchen. Outside you will find the private pool, the barbecue and a Mediterranean garden – for up to 8 guests.

The ground floor has the spacious living room with satellite TV, the dining area, the modern kitchen (with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and a full set of crockery), a bathroom with natural light, bath/shower, washbasin and WC, and a large bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed.
The bedroom, the living room and the kitchen all open directly onto the garden. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the central heating are also on the ground floor. A cot and a high chair are available for little guests.
Upstairs there are 3 bright and airy bedrooms, each with a 160×200 cm double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Every room has its own door onto the balcony or the south terrace, with a direct view of the Tramuntana mountains about 15 minutes away. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom with natural light, shower/bath, washbasin and WC. A second spacious bathroom with natural light, double washbasin, shower/bath and WC is opposite the bedrooms.
