We are Kathleen and Tobias – a family from Sylt with a deep connection to two very special islands: Sylt and Mallorca.

Who we are

On Sylt, an island just 37 km long off Germany’s North Sea coast – only around 500 km from England – we have been renting out holiday flats for more than 20 years. With Villa Palmera on Mallorca, just ten minutes from Palma, we have made a long-held dream come true – and we are happy to share it with you. Our home combines comfort, peace and Mediterranean charm: just right for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Personally there for you

We take care of everything around your booking ourselves. On site, our housekeeper Maria is there for you – on arrival, on departure and during your stay. Families with children are very welcome: a cot, a high chair and a pushchair are available free of charge.

At Villa Palmera we warmly welcome guests from many countries. As hosts, we too see ourselves as guests in Spain – connected to the island and with respect for the people who live here.

We want our holiday rental to make a positive contribution to tourism in Mallorca. That is why we ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbourhood and local quiet hours, to use water and energy mindfully, and to avoid waste and separate it carefully.
