Frequently asked questions
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm, check-out between 8 am and 11 am. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that someone can welcome you on site.
The villa is licensed for a maximum of 8 people, including babies and toddlers. There are four double bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds; extra beds are not available.
The person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 18 may only stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Yes, children of all ages are very welcome. We provide a cot and a high chair free of charge, as well as children’s books and games.
Yes, pets are very welcome – free of charge. Just let us know when booking that your four-legged friend is coming along.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You are welcome to smoke in the garden.
No. Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not allowed. The villa is in a quiet residential area – please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Send us your request by email. Once confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer: a 50% deposit on booking and the balance up to 30 days before arrival. In addition, there is a one-off final cleaning fee of €350 and a security deposit of €500.
For bookings made through our website, the booking terms of our booking partner secra apply: cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the rental price is charged; after that, 90 %. What counts is the date your written cancellation is received – please send it to secra (bookingservice@secra.de). Any deviating terms are stated in your booking confirmation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
November to March at least 3 nights, April, May and October at least 5 nights, June to September as well as Easter and Christmas/New Year at least 7 nights. For stays of 14 nights or more, we are happy to make you an individual offer.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and water, and parking at the house are included. Final cleaning is charged once at €350.
In Spain, hosts are legally required to register all guests with the authorities (SES.Hospedajes). Before your arrival, you will receive a link to our online check-in, where you enter the details and ID documents of everyone travelling – it only takes a few minutes.
We recommend a hire car to explore the beaches and the island. Palma is about 10 minutes away by car, and Es Pont d’Inca Nou station is around 950 m away, with trains into central Palma.
