Under the Balearic Tourist Tax Act 2\/2016 (Llei 2\/2016, de l’impost sobre estades tur\u00edstiques a les Illes Balears), a statutory tourist tax is charged at check-in. The amount depends on the seasonal rates applicable in the Balearic Islands at the time and is not included in the rental price. The tax is paid in cash on site.<\/p>\n
